Can anyone tell me the orientation of the weight on the flexplate vs the weight on the damper? There aren't any alignment dowels to mount flexplate in one spot. Should this weight be opposite the damper weight or on the same side? I think holes are drilled to orient one way, guess I'll find out.

One bolt hole in the flexplate and crank is slightly offset. There's only one way it will go on that all 6 bolts will align.
