So, here goes. I'm sure I will leave something out but I will try to remember all the details.
Clearancing the block for the rods
Honing the early 360 block to 4.165
Custom grind comp roller cam needs a retainer plate so we machined an alignment tool
Dont forget to clearance the timing gear for the retainer
Finishing up the big end then cutting .014 off the little end to keep the rod from binding
.027 off the 6" eagle rods to make them fit the crank
2.055 Int and 1.710 exh valve from a 351 Cleavland since we needed taller valve stems for the roller cam/springs
Now we can cut the reliefs (flat tops only in the race class)
Studin out the block
Fitting the cam
