    Cool The support network

With every gantry kit and turnkey table we send out a thorough support disk that covers everything from installation of software to possible issues during installation. This disk has step by step instructions for all applications however our online tutorial will cover exactly what you need for plasma cutting. It is important to note this as the disk will outline everything for the electronics much of it has already be refined into simple instructions. We highly recommend reading and following our instructional FIRST and if you have an issue to please read the info on the support disk. This helps to get you up to speed and 99% of the time will solve any simple setup issues you may have. Our network is HUGE and probably the biggest support network in the industry. Here is the network priority and info

Matt, where is this disc supposed to be? I did not see one in the box with the computer in it nor any "start here" files on the computer. I need a step-by-step tutorial for getting a machine from pallet to cutting parts. Is that available?
    Thanks.

Genie is not in the bottle

Yes, mine was _in_ the PC, the HD failed and so I moved on to new C&CNC miniPC Linux/CommandCNC setup and I need base settings for my Starlab.
I've got some bad DTHC stuff happening that I can't get past...
Not finding the threads/spending a lot of time searching stuff to find that it doesn't solve my issues.

Lead-ins not translating from Sheetcam (probably Sheetcam setup?)
DTHC lifting Z on cuts/not completing cuts properly
