    Yes there is an updated non floating Z with a ballscrew and a new gusset kit. I will probably be able to get one out to you for a swap for a small fee (You send us back your old Z). The new Z axis will have an adaptor for plasma.

    It is amazing what you can do with these machines. Those pictures are very good.

    The upgrade requires the Feather-touch system from CandCNC. If you don't have it already you can buy it directly from them. Exchange for the Z axis is $363 shipped. We sent you the new Z and a call tag for your old one. The heavy duty router brackets are $74 a pair shipped. They should be back from powder coating in about 9 more working days.

    A 3d wooden inlay i did a while back with the Starlab CNC. I have plenty more pics of cool things that can be done on these machines ill try get them posted up soon!
