For those that have a gantry kit or machine bought in those months that want to upgrade to the new dual rail gantry (capable of 400ipm+ cutting speeds) the clock is ticking. We are offering a gantry exchange plus a fee for shipping and updates. We will raise the price of this upgrade feature at the end of March.
Upgrades
1. New faster/lighter Z axis (Z axis exchange) (with new MAG LOK plate)
2. Dual rail Y axis with increased rigidity (HSP high speed plasma capable)

What you need to do
1. Remove your Y axis motor assembly
2. Remove your cable carrier and torch MAG-LOK plate, Z axis motor with coupler, motor mount spacers and bolts
3. Take your A axis cable out from the gantry
4. Remove gusset support bolts from gantry
5. Remove the gantry from your machine and crate up and send back to us

Would it be possible to get some detailed photos of the changes? I already ordered the new Ethercut system from CandCNC, but I just saw the gantry upgrades.
Virtually identicle to this.
Lightened Z axis (gun drilled shafts, New style slide, New microswitch and wiring, 5-1 ratio (20% speed increase))
Lightened MAG-LOK plate
Dual rail gantry
That gantry system is almost 5 years old. Young by machines standard ...but their are no upgrades for that gantry. You would be better served selling that machine and building from a Star-Lab gantry kit or buying a new table. The pan is so far from the top rail the Z axis would need 13"s of travel to reach it. All current upgrades are for machines bought from late 2011 - present
Im interested in an upgrade if it's still available. I didnt even know it was an option till i stumbled upon this. I just ordered all new ethercut system from candcnc.
