    Thumbs up Star-Lab CNC Maintenance

    Linear rails should be greased every 50 hours on the Y axis and every 200 hours on the Z axis. Ballscrew every 200 hours.

    Specific grease fitting for Y axis linear way trucks

    X axis rails should be wiped with cloth damp with WD40 twice weekly

    Just Standard grease. Do not use any high end grease as some might have a PH that is not neutral.

    The Grease that my table came with is red, would Lucas Red & Tacky #2 work, or something more robust like either of these 2.... https://www.amazon.com/Red-Line-8040.../dp/B000CPAEJA or https://www.amazon.com/DuPont-Teflon...nthetic+grease

    Just want to get something close or compatible with what was already used!
