    Exclamation help would be appreciated

Have a jeep Cherokee that I have been driving it has carried 15to 20 lbs of oil at idle. I ordered and installed a set of hrc gears and oil filter adapter. When I first started it had good pressure . Let it set over night have no pressure and lifter chatter. Removed pressure relief and cleaned and checked. Still no pressure and lifter noise any help would be appreciated has new ac delco filter also.

Any leaks? The gears should stay filled with oil. If no leaks, try a different brand filter. I prefer Wix or NAPA gold. Please tell me you’re not using a Fram.
