    Here are the parts I used:
    Wells part# FR137 Distributor cap adapter (box had part # F972) $8.19
    Accel Part# 8224 Cap and rotor $22.88
    Accel part# 140012 HEI Coil $51.78
    Ford MotorSports part# M12259R460 9.0 MM Plug wires $51.95
    Mr. Gasket part# 925D Advance Springs $3.48

    all parts for a 84 f350 with a 460

    OK, so what kind of upgraded performance will I see from this? Is my engine going to run smoother? Rev higher without cross firing?

    Knowing MC this is the TFI for a 8CYL Got a parts list like this for the 6's? Or even a 4? Younger bro is here with is 2.5L, came all the way from TN for an oil change

    did you get a noticable difference with the tfi upgrade? i am hoping it will help reach my mildly built 304's potential.

    For the 258-6 it's kick-ass!

    For the 8's, I'll have to wait and see personally, I'm just now building and AMC V-8 But the 4-bolt main Chebby I had in the 75-CJ5 - I couldn't tell, (but then again in a short WB, I could get wheelies in 3 gears, but never had the gonads to open it up all the way .30 over, torker, cam, 750 double pump, ported/polished, mongo headers and I think I had a muffler, but couldn't tell )

    But I've heard that it smoothes out a lot of the rough idle and pulls well thru the RPM range.
