    Easy ways to increase Hp

seeing someone asking a way to get to 450 hp, I was curious as to some of the members ways to get an easy increase in horsepower. Minor mods, additives, etc etc.

like me, I have a factory 401. what would be some easy ways to increase my pony power?

    Intake and carb definately

Its a old joke that when edelbrock posts gains of 15-40hp the 40 came from the amc motor (performer intake!) The AMC V8's are set up right with exeption of exhaust(usually) and aspiration, intake and carb.....When you go to a large intake and carb you really open the that motor up and make it breath fire,...Try those first like Fuzz and Mudrat mentioned, you will be suprised

say I went with the edel 750, would it be smarter to change my intake manifold with it? and if so, which would be best?
