Ok, I've had this truck for ever it seems like and am wanting to get it back on the road again. There's long stupid story here but in short, I may be looking for a crank for a Jeep 327 and a rod or two along with bearings and such. Does anyone have any leads for such things?
What would it cost to get it down here? What shape is it in? Just the short block or is it complete? Full of questions huh? I don't know if my engine puller (Oak tree) is strong enough to lift my engine out. I know my heads are fine because they are recently refurbished. I'm going to tear it back down and go through it but I know the crank is bad. I misplaced one of the rod caps when I was checking the crank out so I'll need to get a new rod. I've found a Rocket 455 but haven't been able to talk the owner out of it yet.
