    Race timing cover...

...without water pump provision, oil pump provision, & either no distributor provision or, better, a hole and plug.

Would be darned easy to use a electric fuel pump, dry sump oil pump, electric water pump, and maybe crank triggered ecu.

Side benefits, would be able to get to the timing gears or chain for cam adv/ret., or cam swap, and set up some kind of modern cam thrust control.

Or, a guy could ponder plugging all them holes and have it look (be)butchered.

    (V8s, of course)

I was in the middle of measuring the block for using a adapteds chevy water pump and a new style timing cover when i started to deal with crown. It could be a decent deal coming up with a new style cover...i will have to stew on that one
