    Signing under threat

    2 questions regaurding filing of tax forms, or jury forms.
    1)Is your volountary signiture a nessesary element, of a properlly completed tax/jury form?
    2)Is it considered volountary, if it's done under threat of incarceration?

    See the results, when a jury asked for the law. The IRS LOST!
