SM-420

A friend of mine wants to trade me the SM-420 & I will give him a TF-999.
I will also need to back it upw/a D-300 (I'm gonna need adapters & a spline adapter from tranny to T-case?).

It does not come w/a bell housing so will a T-176 bell housing work?
