That's pretty sweet.
Have you ever seen the "Ultimate factories" show about the Ferrari plant? They even cast their own parts on site. The machine factor for the creation of the parts and balencing and everything is simmilar, but at Ferrari, all the assembly is done by hand. Bad ass stuff!
