    Worth of a 401

Hope Everyone had a very Merry Christmas!
Just bought a 401 from ebay this morning. It was a 1971, longblock, fully built, balanced, .030, torque cam with roller rockers, built for crawling. I paid $845. Was built approx 4 yrs ago but veh it was going in never got off the ground, thus it's never been started. Owner says he's been rotating the crank on a regular basis. I'm planning on replacing my 304 in my scrambler with it. MoPedal is going to have some mo power!
This may help you figure out the value of your engine.

definitely take some pics and get some audio of it... Double check the cylinders... pop the valve covers to make sure rust hasn't started yet..

Haven't seen it yet but I will be watching and feeling when I turn the crank. Thanks for the advice!
