There are some decent resources but you will find most have some good info and some questionable.

These three books along with online info should give you enough ammo to really build a nice strong and reliable 401.

Thanks ... I ordered BJ spiral book today. I also have been emailing Randy Guynn...... nice guy..... sounds like he will someday have an awesome AMC build manual.
