    v8 into 6 cyl spot

    has anybody used the bulltear mounts to put a v8 where a 6 cyl was ? the car is a 76 sportabout wagon

    Did mine before MC came out with his. 360 into a 85 CJ that orignially had the 258. Fairly painless.

    the jeeps swap very easy. with the cars I think you need to get the v8 crossmember or different mounts.

    i thought with these you do not need to change the crossmember

    That is correct these are for cars and you dont need a V8 crossmember for them you leave your 6cyl member in. Lots of them sold ...maybe customers are too busy driving
