    dthc finally found time to try and diagnose

    ok ive gone through the setup and config on everything for my dthc again and when i hit the test button on the table the light blinks and the lights on the dro for the up and down and the ark ok signal work. the tip voltages will not show on the dro. ive double checked the hookup for the tip volts to the plasma [hypertherm a80] as per the manufacturer recomendations and it is hooked up correctly. what is the next step to look for?

    If tip volts arent showing up then you can check a couple of things.

    1. Verify several times over you are connected to raw tip volts, not divided (older DTHC cards only)
    2. Check in Mach 3 (config/plugins) that the DTHC CCC plug in is checked and activated

    It is connected to raw tip volts and in the configs it is turned on properly.

    Could be a bad DTHC card in the control box. I would contact Tom and send it in for repair.
