Jack, the cool part is that the postal rear 44 is 1.5"s wider than a narrow track amc 20!!! And it hs the right offset!....LOL great rear 30spline (you know the good stuff)

that is sweet, I didn't know that, so it will almost perfectly match the dana 30 front in width. I always hated how the rear in my narrow track axles used to be narrower in the rear.

There is a reason for that. If the rear is narrower it will track better through turns. Looks a little weird, but you will see it on lots of trucks and cars.Originally Posted by Anonymous
