70 and shave it .... stock only 5/16 less ground clearence then a 60 and you get 1.5 inch axles and 35 splines. 70 is also about 100 lbs lighter then a 14 bolt. Can be found just about as easy as a 60.
What wrong fuzz. Having second thougts on that rear you got.
9" can be made strong, but you are running an auto and a Low Pinion (' ain't gonna help much.
I am going RC 60 up front with a RC 60 in the back with 1.5" 35 spline shafts, Detroits front and rear.
