The e-mail I got from him is below. He does drive it and I think it has a current inspection now (VA road worthy). I can "haggle" with him if you want. We're "doing lunch" next week, there are some other things I want to pick his brain about as well ....

I have decided to sell my FC Jeep. I would like to get about $3800 but can be tempted by cash. So if you know anybody who wants to break into the FC Jeep world, send them my way.

Yeah, Paul, I know a little.

D44s front and rear. On the 170 you could get a Dual Rear Wheel setup, still a 44, but heavier duty.

They were offset, with the Dana 18 transfer case. Drum brakes. 10 and eventually 19 spline.

My dad had a FC-150 for a while. It had this huge weight that hung between the rear frame rails. Was cool too, cause it had a "U" in it, so that the rear PTO shaft could pass through it. That thing was fawking heavy.

Cool trucks. Seen a few with V-8 conversions.
